Phra Phrom Temple

  • Phra Phrom is the Thai representation of Brahma, the four-faced Hindu god of creation. In Thailand, he is widely worshipped as a powerful deity who grants blessings for success, love, wealth, health, and protection. He has four faces, each symbolizing different virtues and wishes:

  • Front face – Career, success, and business prosperity

  • Right face – Love, relationships, and family harmony

  • Back face – Wealth, fortune, and financial stability

  • Left face – Health, safety, and protection

  • Each face represents kindness, compassion, sympathy, and fairness.

**Devotees usually pray to all four faces by walking clockwise to receive complete blessings. Phra Phrom is often shown with four arms, holding sacred objects such as prayer beads, scriptures, a water pot, and a lotus. The most famous shrine dedicated to him is the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok, where both Thai people and international visitors come to make offerings and seek good fortune. Today, Phra Phrom is considered a symbol of luck, success, and spiritual protection in Thai culture.**
