12389_0.jpg

The Thao Wessuwan is a guardian spirit found in Hinduism and Buddhism. Yakshas are believed to protect treasures, temples, and sacred places. In Southeast Asia, especially in Thailand, they are often seen as giant statues standing at temple entrances to guard against evil spirits. They are commonly regarded as symbols of protection, strength, and good fortune.
